Where are They Now?
Andrew Buckingham(’01)
Andrew was ordained in July by the Central Canada District of the Wesleyan Church. He pastors the Ivanhoe Wesleyan Church in Ontario.
Adam ('05) & Heather (Simpson '03) Durkee
Congratulations to Adam and Heather as they both will be participating in the Hillsong Christmas Spectacular in Australia. Adam has a lead part and Heather is a lecture host in the production.
Carl (’04) & Maya Gilles
Congratulations to Carl and Maya on the birth of their second daughter, Zahra, who was born October 2 at 11:45 am. Carl and Maya minister in Haiti, working for Global Partners of the Wesleyan Church.
Adam ('07) & Michelle Simcyk
Adam was ordained this year by the Central New York District of the Wesleyan Church. He is the pastor for the Junior High ministries at Pulaski Wesleyan Church.
Ben (’09) & Amy (Lynema ’09) Forsman
Ben has accepted a full time youth pastor position at Mona Shores Baptist Church in Muskegon, MI. He works with Grades 6-12 and will be starting a college age group soon. Amy is looking for a full time teaching position. In the meantime, she substitutes and helps out with youth group. They are about 5 minutes driving from Lake Michigan. According to Ben, “It's pretty sweet.” He goes on to say, “We sure do miss our BBC family and hope to visit again one day - if not in this lifetime then in Heaven!”
