Where are They Now?
Wayne (’67) & Grace (Cowper ’67) Blinn
Wayne went to BBC for three years of high school and three years of ministerial preparation courses and graduated from Bethany in 1967. During the Atlantic District Conference this past July, Wayne celebrated 40 years of ordination and pastoral service to the Reformed Baptist, the Wesleyan Methodist, and the Wesleyan denominations. Wayne says, “There are others as well who can celebrate with me, in reaching this meaningful "mile marker" in the Christian race from earth to heaven!” Bethany would love to hear from you. Peter (’79) & Kenda (MacCallum ’79) Wilcox
On November 23, Peter took popular Canadian comic and political satirist Rick Mercer and his filming crew lobster fishing. This adventure was filmed for a television segment of the Mercer Report in which Rick learns what it takes to be a lobster fisherman off the coast of Grand Manan Island, NB. You can see Peter with Rick by viewing the December 1st clip of the show at http://www.cbc.ca/mercerreport/video.html.

Andrew (’09) & Charity (Henderson ’09) Thompson
Andrew and Charity have been serving at the Houghton Lake Wesleyan Church, MI as the Youth and Children's pastors since May 2009. Shortly after beginning their ministry at Houghton Lake, Charity gave birth to identical twin boys in July. Everything has been very exciting since then, they even bought a house! Andrew writes, “God has been exceptionally great to us and has been blessing us in ways that we never expected, which is why it's so great. We appreciate Bethany Bible College, the faculty, and all our friends for their prayers. God is doing great things today and He is using BBC as an instrument for that work. Thanks very much.”
Editor's Correction - Adam ('07) & Michelle Simcik
I apologize for the incorrect spelling of Adam Simcik’s name in last month’s updates, and I want to further clarify his update.
Two years ago Adam went to the Pulaski Wesleyan Church (NY) to serve as the Pastor of Youth and Children. This past summer, after the transfer of two staff pastors, Adam’s position changed to Associate Pastor. Currently, he is acting as lead pastor.
