The Fine Print:
Please make cheques payable to Bethany Bible College. Pre-registration must be received by October 12, 2009. A late fee of $10 per registrant will be added following this date. No housing will be reserved without receipt of the pre-registration forms and fees.

Your registration fee covers the cost of housing for Friday, November 6, 2009 only. Housing for additional nights is possible but must be arranged with the Bethany Admissions Department by October 12, 2009. There will be a fee of $10 per person per additional night.

Please make sure you have sufficient supervision for your group during encounter. It is your group leader’s responsibility to supervise your group at encounter events as well as at the hotels. We appreciate your cooperation to help us make encounter 2009 a positive experience for everyone! Pre-registration will only be confirmed after receipt of all registration forms (Group and Individual) and applicable fees by October 12, 2009.


	To be eligible for the iPod Touch draw you must have your registration in before or on October 12, 2009 at 5:00pm AST. Winner must be present at time of draw. If winner is not present at time of draw names will be drawn until a winner is present. * *or at the discretion of the Admissions staff due to extenuating circumstances.
