PAYMENT OPTIONS

Charges for each semester, less any applicable financial aid, are due and payable on Registration Day. Qualifying students may participate in the Payment Plan as described below.

Students who provide proof of their ability to meet their financial responsibilities are permitted to pay their semester charges in two equal payments: ˝ on Registration Day and ˝ on the 15th of the following month (Oct 15th/Feb 15th). The ˝ payments are calculated after the deduction of institutional financial aid (on-campus employment, grants, and scholarships). Loan funds may be used as part of this Payment Plan only if they arrive prior to the payment date.

In exceptional circumstances, students who have a viable payment plan but do not pay the ˝ payment on Registration Day may be permitted to enroll. All such cases must receive prior approval from the Director of Financial Aid and will be assessed a $100 late payment fee.

Failure to make a payment within 5 business days of the payment due date, will result in the student being excluded from class attendance until their bill is paid in full or alternate payment arrangements approved.

The College accepts Visa, MasterCard, Canadian & US currencies. The rate of exchange used to convert US currency to Canadian dollars is based on the Bank exchange rate for the date payment is received.
